Text Box: Personal Training for Peak Performance and Injury Management
Sports Kinesiology:
Sports Kinesiology is a culmination of the most advanced philosophies, techniques and procedures from Orthopedic Medical Science and Holistic Kinesiology, incorporating sports medicine, sports science, performance training, recovery & rehabilitation, nutrition and nutritional biochemistry, psychology and the energetic sciences. Athletes at any age or level of fitness can benefit from this therapy.

Injury Rehabilitation and Pain Management:
Therapists utilizing muscle monitoring techniques have a distinct advantage over other practitioners as we have specific diagnostic tools to determine the best therapy for the client. These tools range from specific muscle treatments designed to normalize muscle activity to treatments designed to aid damaged tissues like skin, ligaments, tendons and joints.

Peak Performance Training:
Sports Kinesiology utilizes corrective exercise techniques designed to take the athlete above and beyond what their sport requires giving them a vast range of ‘motor solutions’ to draw from during competition and performance events. Advanced scientific programming identifies the needs of the athlete and areas in which specific individual training will help them excel. This combined with nutritional advice tailored to the individuals metabolic type creates the ultimate individual holistic training solution for success.

Personal Training:
I utilize my knowledge and experience as a Personal Trainer and competitive athlete of many years and combine this with my education and training as a Sports Kinesiologist. I train my clients the ‘smartest way’ not the hardest way to achieve their goals.
‘No Pain No Gain’ only works for so long, before the body wants to shut you down.
There is enough stress in life without stressing the body excessively with exercise as well.
